Description

What: Now In its 7th year and with more than $300k raised nationally, Green Flash’s Treasure Chest Program raises money and awareness in support of Susan G. Komen San Diego and other breast cancer awareness organizations. Established in 2011 by Green Flash Co-Founder and breast cancer survivor Lisa Hinkley, each year Treasure Chest Fest San Diego attracts hundreds of attendees for a fun filled day of a celebration with a purpose – to find a cure for breast cancer. Limited-edition beers, tastings and pairings from local restaurants, a photo booth, live performances and the Treasure Chest Marketplace are only a few of the components that have made this event a bigger success each year. Our loyal partners and community members like you are invaluable to this festival! Director of Beer Education, Dave Adams is working with Brewmaster Erik Jensen, Barrel master Pat Korn and the team to bring some of the most sought after rare, barrel-aged and one-off cask creations as well as celebrating the 2016 release of Treasure Chest. 100% of the profit from ticket sales to the event is donated to the San Diego chapter of Komen for the Cure.

When: Sunday, August 27th from 12pm – 5pm

Booth details:

There is a $100 fee to secure a booth and each vendor will be provided with:

  • 10 X 10 space
  • 2 x chairs
  • 2 full admission tickets to the fest
  • One 6-foot table

You will provide:

  • Your product and a knowledgeable staffer to set up and sell your goodies
  • Linen if your booth requires
  • The ability to make sales (cash box with change, credit card square, etc.)

Space is limited so please RSVP as soon as you can!

Participating vendors will secure exposure in the following ways:

  • Featured inclusion in event promotion as follows: event program, Green Flash event listing on website, social media, media alerts
  • Potential for inclusion in all relevant media opportunities (broadcast segments, print, radio and online)
  • Day-of promotion on site via the ability for visibility at the 6ft table set up – (Green Flash will provide table): logo and signage, branded linens (provided by restaurant), collateral or handouts - we are flexible and would love to work with you on a set up to best showcase your brand
